A legacy brand needed a social refresh to reignite fandoms and increase viewership in a crowded space.
The Problem:
Network television took a nose dive during the golden age of streamers. During COVID especially, there was an increased pressure for viewership in a crowded space. As a legacy brand, FOX had a stellar line-up of original content, but viewership was lacking. As FOX's Agency of Record, my team was tasked with engaging fandoms online and driving views.

I created, managed and posted original content across social platforms to engage an audience of 2M+ on existing network shows "The Resident" and "Prodigal Son", developing original social content series for all existing FOX Entertainment shows. Alongside the rest of the team, I spearheaded community management across social channels to ensure strong engagement, maximum growth, and ongoing brand loyalty for FOX
I achieved 100%+ growth for new program "I Can See Your Voice" and posted 1,000+ pieces of original content within a two-month period to help kickstart brand recognition and growth.
My team garnered over 5M impressions across platforms during the #TVForAll pride campaign in 2020.
Additionally, I managed junior team members — social media managers and social media coordinators — and helped them achieve professional goals on FOX shows including Hell's Kitchen, Master Chef, The Masked Singer, Mental Samurai, Master Chef Jr., 24 Hours To Hell, Call Me Kat, and LA's Finest.
